Shipping within Canada via Canada Post regular parcel is free for orders over $100. Shipping to the United States is a flat rate fee of $15 Canadian for Expedited Parcel via Canada Post. Shipping to Europe varies depending on location - for rates in your country, refer to shipping rate indicated at checkout.

Any duties and taxes for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with shipment confirmation including your tracking number.
At Over The Moon, our customers are our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items and original packaging in their original condition within 30 days of receipt of the purchased product for a full merchandise refund, less the price of shipping AND inbound duties and taxes. Refunds are issued based on the original form of payment. You will receive an email notifying you of the refund as soon as it is processed. Please allow 3-5 days for the credit to appear on your account from the time of receipt of the merchandise by Over The Moon. Any shipping fees AND duties/taxes for international sales (outside of Canada) associated with the return of purchased products are the responsibility of the customer. Over The Moon is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
You may exchange unworn items and original packaging in their original condition within 30 days of receipt of the purchased product, however, a shipping charge will be applied for the newly shipped/exchanged item ($10 for items within Canada and for other regions, the original shipping rate applies).
